There are 3 steps to the application:

1. Complete the application – ONE per applicant
2. Make the $75 payment fee through Paypal (Link will be sent separately)
3. After payment, you will receive the 2nd portion of the application. The 2nd portion will be the eviction/credit/background and income verification sent from a third party email (Payscore and Transunion’s MySmartMove)
